Work Performed:
450,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, grocery stores (Whole Foods and Epicure Gourmet Market) and fitness/wellness centers, facade remodels, amenity remodels
Fun Facts:
KMG committed to providing 3 separate construction management teams working in 2 different states during our work with Gables Urban. Each team had 1-2 project developments to work in and performed tenant coordination, landlord facade improvements, site upgrades, and massive maintenance upgrades to their existing systems (solar, pools and pumps, air conditioning for over 100 residential units, and acoustic measures to isolate workout rooms from residences)
KMG learned an incredible amount about construction acoustic measures due to the massive growth and trending of various work out ventures.
KMG met Hopdoddy Burger Bar at one of the Gables projects in Dallas, TX, and began a 2-year relationship with them opening up several stores in California, Arizona, and Texas.
