Work Performed:
Pre-construction. Project was delayed.
Fun Facts:
We went through ten full-blown drawing revisions to get this project in budget and then the 2008 financial meltdown happened. The project was delayed for 4 years because of it.
The original water pump house barn wood was recycled into a few benches on the property.
