KMG is the new Owner’s Rep for several Gables Urban developments

KMG Solutions is excited to be the new Owner’s Representative for Gables Urban, a retail and residential developer expanding throughout the United States.  With several renovation and expansion projects in progress with Gables Urban, KMG welcomes in-house team members Todd Giarrante and Ginger Simoens. Todd is based in Texas and is the on-site Owner’s Representative on behalf of KMG for the West Ave Mall in Houston Texas. Ginger is the Owners Representative on behalf of KMG for our Florida projects. Which includes the ground up development, Ponce in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and a facade remodel for Wilton Park, an operational mall in Wilton Manners, FL. These project will continue throughout Spring 2013.
