Description: Craft burger and full-service bar with scratch kitchen.
Project Size: 6 stores, 3500-4200 square feet each
Project Duration: 12 weeks per project, 4 per year
Role: National Construction Manager
Work Performed:
Tenant improvements, including (but not limited to) peer review of drawings, writing RFP for bidders, review shop drawings from vendors
Construction management, including (but not limited to) field visits and directives, review of RFIs, change orders, invoices.

Your table is not assigned until you order. The order queue is timed so that there is a clean table waiting for you by the time your order is placed.
The only thing that is not made from scratch in this kitchen is yellow mustard! Bun bakery, ice cream for shakes, and even meat grinding done on-site. (There is a worker in the cooler with a window looking out to the dining room, and the worker is grinding the meat and making it into patties in front of you. Fresh!)
